Test Results
Test results will be available to you by telephone. Please telephone the practice for results after 11am. We will always contact you if further action is needed following receipt of your test results.

Out of Hours
For an illness that cannot wait until the surgery is open please telephone our usual daytime surgery number, 01773 535511, when your call will be redirected to the out-of-hours service. Your needs will be assessed and you will either be given advice or arrangements will be made for you to see a healthcare professional.

Are you aware that rather than having to make an appointment with your GP, you can visit the pharmacy for minor ailments  such as insect bites and stings, coughs, colds, tummy upsets, sunburn and many more minor ailments?

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Repeat Prescriptions -

If you need long term treatment for a condition your doctor will tell you if your medication is available on repeat prescription. You will be given a computerised prescription printout and this will tell you what items you have available for repeat prescribing. To order your repeat prescription please tick what you require and put the form into the box provided on reception or email

Alternatively you can fax the form to us on 01773 710951 or send it through the post.

Please allow two working days for processing before collecting your prescription, after 2pm please. If you would like us to post your prescription to you, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.

If you use a local pharmacy, please check with them how long they need to process your prescription once they receive it from us.

Your medicines will need to be reviewed by a doctor every six to twelve months and this is indicated on the prescription or in the on-line system. In the majority of cases you won't actually need to see a doctor but if it does prove necessary, reception will contact you and request you make an appointment.

Please note that we are unable to take prescription requests over the telephone.
