For urgent on the day problems, we are offering a telephone triage service and we will offer a face to face appointment if clinically necessary. For routine problems, if you feel this needs to be face to face with a GP please discuss this with the receptionist who will be happy to book you in. Please note, in order to avoid congestion at the practice if you feel your problem can be dealt with on the phone or by sending in pictures we would encourage you to organise a telephone consultation with our reception team.
Our Nurses are carrying out telephone, video and face to face appointments where necessary. We are currently in the process of catching up with our Long Term Condition reviews.
Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.

Save Time – Do It All Online!
GP online services give patients the option to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view their GP records using their computer, tablet or smartphone rather than having to phone or visit their practice. Online services complement the existing ways patients can access appointments, prescriptions and their records. Our practice already has the facility to offer online access to records and transactional services for our patients.
Unfortunately we cannot register under 16's for our Online Services, we understand that this can be a pain so you are now able to book appointments for your child / person you care for on your own personal account, but please ensure you get the name changed over on the day of the appointment.

The data held in your GP medical records is shared with other healthcare professionals for the purposes of your individual care. It is also shared with other organisations to support health and care planning and research.
If you do not want your personally identifiable patient data to be shared outside of your GP practice for purposes except your own care, you can register an opt-out with your GP practice. This is known as a Type 1 Opt-out.
Type 1 Opt-outs may be discontinued in the future. If this happens then they may be turned into a National Data Opt-out. Your GP practice will tell you if this is going to happen and if you need to do anything. More information about the National Data Opt-out is here: https://www.nhs.uk/your-nhs-data-matters/
